How do I get a library card as an online/grad student who doesn't have an ID card?

In order to make a library card we will need the following information:
Name:
Address:
Phone:
Email:
Year of Graduation:
Student ID:
Once I have the information, I will email you your library barcode and drop the card in the mail. In the meantime, if you need to use ILL, you can put your student ID number in the barcode field and/or use your FSU email and the request will go through.
